This time of year in Australia is simply perfect for indulging in oysters and champagne. I've often thought how i'd love to have an oyster bar at my own wedding (and then go missing with a horny Frog Prince for awhile.. hehehe). But to be honest, oysters are not exactly the prettiest things on earth are they? Well here are some great ways to 'pretty' them up with sculptured ice-trays, along side vodka ice-cups and chilled champagne bottles (and i have to say, how sensational are the huge 'diamond' ice carvings in the last photo... now that's a diamond... me likey !!!)
